What do search engines read? Do they see the exact same thing as we see websites?Search engines see text, and they do not see images. Bear this in mind for two main things.

  • If your images is an image of text, that text may be important content to be indexed.
  • Too much code just puts in too much ‘garbage’ in it. Too much unnecessary code that searchs engines do not actually care about, or worse, they might index a bunch of garbage that is not needed.

    Face it. Filipinos may be good conversationalists but when it comes to spelling, we are mentally challenged. With a native tongue that’s evolved from tagalog to taglish, combined with the emergence of sms language (we won’t be called the “number one texting country” for nothing, would we?), our vocabulary has turned into a mesh of mispelled words.
